Advanced diagnostics
Fault investigation using electronic diagnostics, targeted tests and measurements, with a technical report and action plan delivered as a PDF.
View scope and requirements
What is included
- Identification of the vehicle and accessible modules.
- Reading and interpretation of fault codes and their status, where available.
- Review of freeze frame or environmental data when provided by the system.
- Live data analysis.
- Electrical, electronic or functional tests appropriate to the case.
- Evaluation of results and recommendations.
PDF technical report and action plan
The report can document:
- Vehicle identification and diagnostic date.
- Symptoms and the conditions in which they occur.
- Modules evaluated and fault codes found.
- Data, tests and measurements performed.
- Confirmed findings and hypotheses that still need testing.
- A prioritized action plan.

Module coding
Configuration of compatible modules according to your BMW’s equipment and specifications.
View scope and requirements
What is included
- Coding of replacement modules.
- Configuration of added equipment.
- Adjustment of vehicle parameters and configuration.
- Coding backup and restoration where available.
- Checks of the functions affected.
Coding changes configuration parameters; programming installs or updates firmware. These are different procedures.
Availability depends on compatibility. A used module may require additional checks and procedures; coding alone does not guarantee that it can be installed.

Module programming
Evaluation and software programming of compatible modules using the applicable procedure.
View scope and requirements
What is included
- Prior evaluation of module compatibility and condition.
- Programming or updating when appropriate.
- Required configuration and commissioning.
- Post-programming verification of communication and operation.
Availability is subject to evaluation. The procedure requires suitable equipment, software and a stabilized power supply.
Firmware updates are different from changes to coding parameters. We first determine whether programming is necessary and feasible for the module.
